OriBio™ 2× ORIMax™ High Fidelity PCR Mix with Loading Dye contains ORIMax™ High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase mix, dNTPs, Mg2+ high fidelity reaction buffer, and stabilizer. The ORIMax™ highfidelity DNA polymerase mix provides high speed amplification while efficiently correcting base mismatch occurring during the process. With an error rate 40 fold lower than that of Taq DNA Polymerase, ORIMax™ High Fidelity DNA polymerase is also capable of very fast nucleotide incorporation, which can significantly reduce extension time (3-4 times faster than that of Taq DNA Polymerase). Also, ORIMax™ High Fidelity DNA polymerase mix is capable of amplifying long templates with ease, without compromising the speed and high fidelity. The ORIMax™ high fidelity PCR mix has the advantages of quick and ease , high sensitivity , specificity , and good stability, minimize manual error, saving PCR experiments operating time, reducing contamination chance. The DNA fragments produced by ORIMax™ DNA polymerase mix are blunt-ended, thus they cannot be ligated to dT/dU-overhang vectors. The red loading dye in the mix has a migration rate which is close to that of the double-stranded DNA fragment of 300 bp in a 1% TAE agarose gel.
