ORIMax™ High Fidelity DNA Polymerase Mix
ORIMax™ High Fidelity DNA Polymerase Mix is one of the most accurate and versatile thermostable polymerase available. It provides high speed amplification while efficiently correcting base mismatch occurring during the process. With an error rate 40 fold lower than that of Taq DNA Polymerase, ORIMax™ High Fidelity DNA polymerase Mix is also capable of very fast nucleotide incorporation, which can significantly reduce extension time (3-4 times faster than that of Taq DNA Polymerase). Also, ORIMax™ High Fidelity DNA polymerase Mix is capable of amplifying long templates with ease, without compromising the speed and high fidelity. ORIMax™ High Fidelity DNA polymerase Mix generates blunt end PCR products, which cannot be used for TA cloning directly.
